Since 1989 we have handled hundreds of civil rights matters. Our mixture of clients includes county jails, state prison facilities, as well as independent medical providers of all levels: physicians, physicians’ assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, etc.

Ronald Chapman and our sister firm, Chapman And Associates, P.C., handle virtually all of the health care litigation involving privately contracted health care within the Michigan Department of Corrections.  Additionally, Ron represents the providers of over fifty percent of the private corrections health care market in Michigan.  Our presence in Florida is smaller but growing.

Chapman Law Group is dedicated to aggressively representing our clients to prevent unfair and unjustified outcomes. The vast majority of claims end in dismissal prior to or at the close of discovery.  Our ability to litigate cases at trial is equally impressive.
