Chapman is the principal and owner of both firms. This close relationship allows each firm to use the resources and talents of the other to assist clients in Florida, Michigan, and throughout the United States. We work fervently and aggressively to resolve claims before and at all stages of litigation. Each case is managed proactively, working with clients to develop successful case management strategies. We meticulously evaluate the complaint, prepare appropriate pleadings, investigate each element of the complaint, and systematically and diligently analyze all of the legal issues. We are skilled in the areas of investigation, resolution, conflict management and litigation. Treating each client with integrity and responsiveness is second nature to our staff. Often legal issues can suddenly arise that require immediate attention. Therefore we are committed to remaining accessible and providing clients with an immediate response. Our dedication to achieving the desired goals of our clients within a budget has lead to the longevity of many of the firm's clients. Remaining efficient and cost-effective is a key priority and part of our promise to provide the highest legal standards. We work with each client individually to develop a billing arrangement that best suits their needs. Hourly billing is our traditional method; however, alternative billing arrangements are also available such as flat-fee and contingent arrangements depending on the type of case. All of the firm’s staff are sensitive to the cost of litigation and therefore work efficiently to resolve legal issues. Unlike some firms, which prolong litigation, bill for unnecessary work or use high rate lawyers to increase the bill, Chapman Law Group strives to reduce the cost of litigation. We do not bill for administrative services and do not inflate the cost of expenses incurred. We have developed longstanding relationships with third party vendors to ensure we receive the most favorable pricing structure for our clients. Many of our clients are insurance carriers, litigation and risk management companies and third party administrators whose billing arrangements we are happy to work with.
