Jeffrey Bomber

Civil Litigation Attorney

Based in Chapman Law Group’s Michigan Office

About Me

Jeffrey Bomber is a defense attorney in Chapman Law Group’s national healthcare professional liability and correctional healthcare facilities practices. He represents and defends healthcare professionals, including physicians and mid-level practitioners, in federal- and state-level litigation matters involving 42 U.S.C. 1983, medical malpractice, governmental immunity, use of force, and business-to-business disputes.

As part of his experience in correctional healthcare facility defense matters, Jeff counts his internship with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections as essential in being the best advocate for his institutional clients. His acumen includes legal issues that pertain to provision of voluntary and involuntary mental health treatment, the sharing of medical treatment among state agencies, and age discrimination claims.

In addition, at an internship at Pennsylvania’s Carlisle Barracks, Jeff worked in Post JAG-related legal matters for the military, including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaints and due process pertaining to soldier discipline.

Jeff graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law, where he earned his J.D. with a Certificate in Health Law and Policy, and served as a mentor for the Women’s Law Caucus Mentorship Program and a tutor for civil procedure.
