Whether from the perspective of a prosecutor or as defense counsel in civil litigation, Mitch has seen firsthand the positive impact of having a zealous advocate representing ones interests, compared to the consequences faced by those who choose to “go it alone.” Mitch believes everyone deserves someone to advocate on their behalf in order to obtain a fair and just result.
Mitch is an attorney in Chapman Law Group’s Healthcare Professional Licensing Defense & Regulatory Affairs practice group. His practice includes government and administrative law, business concerns, and healthcare professionals’ license matters.
Based in Chapman Law Group’s Detroit office, Mitch acts as counsel for doctors, nurses, and other licensed health care providers and entities throughout the state. His practice involves issues before the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), the Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacy, and other healthcare-related boards.
Mitch’s previous experience includes civil litigation defense for insurance matters; land use and leasing disputes for oil, gas, and other mineral rights; and general business law.
In addition, during law school he interned at a prosecutor’s office and served as a researcher for the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office in preparation for its presentation on behalf of holocaust victims at the 2012 Immovable Property Review Conference in Prague.
