About Me

Kristin has extensive experience in implementing smooth and profitable operations of a company’s human resources department through consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget and labor relations. 

Her day-to-day responsibilities at Chapman Law Group include overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.

Prior to working in the legal field, Kristin served in various operations and human resource roles in big-box retail.
