In her role as Litigation Manager, Melissa Kairis directs supervision of litigation legal assistants and support staff, in addition to maintaining close coordination with attorneys to ensure the timely and accurate handling of legal matters and reporting requirements. She also handles vendor relations and ensuring compliance with vendor litigation protocols
As a Correctional Law Paralegal, Melissa Kairis is responsible for all pro-se inmate files, including reviewing medical records, drafting both dispositive and non-dispositive motions, appellate briefs and discovery. She also assists attorneys with fact and legal research and provides trial support.
Melissa has more than 11 years of experience in the legal field, including five with Chapman Law Group.
