The Court granted a Motion for Summary Judgment in this 42 USC 1983 deliberate indifference case, involving a prisoner who died from an atypical abdominal aortic aneurysm after having seen multiple medical providers over the course of many months with nonspecific gastrointestinal complaints. The three doctor defendants were found not deliberately indifferent to Plaintiff’s decedent, because they assessed and treated the nonspecific symptoms that the patient exhibited.
