Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Brad will counsel healthcare providers, physician groups, and organizations nationwide on matters involving corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations. His addition further strengthens Chapman Law Group’s mission to deliver exceptional, industry-focused representation to healthcare professionals and entities across the United States.
With more than a decade of experience as a healthcare and corporate attorney, Brad has served as Senior Associate General Counsel for GenesisCare USA and Associate General Counsel for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, two of the largest oncology networks in the nation. He has negotiated and closed major commercial agreements valued in the hundreds of millions, managed compliance operations across 15 states, and led teams of attorneys and paralegals overseeing 150+ physicians and $850 million in annual revenue. Brad’s clients have included leading names such as McKesson, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, RX Savings Solutions, and Agilon Health, reflecting his reputation as a trusted advisor to top-tier healthcare organizations dealing with complex regulatory challenges.
