David B. Mammel, a shareholder and Chairperson of Chapman Law Group’s Estate Planning & Administration practice, has spent nearly three decades helping individuals and families plan for the future and protect what matters most to them.
His practice focuses on estate planning and administration, wills and trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, probate, and related matters involving family wealth and asset protection. David takes a personal, hands-on approach with his clients, working to understand their goals before developing an estate plan designed to provide for their loved ones, preserve their assets, and help avoid unnecessary complications in probate court.
His commitment to estate planning is rooted in personal experience. After his physician father passed away, David saw firsthand how difficult and frustrating the estate administration process could become when families did not receive the guidance and responsiveness they needed. That experience continues to shape the way he works with clients today.
