Case Result: Claim Against Physical Therapist for Patient Sexual Harassment Dropped After State Investigator Review

Primary Issue:
Our client, a Michigan physical therapist, was accused of sexual harassment against a patient. The patient alleged that the therapist made sexual comments to the patient during treatment.

We presented our case and evidence to the state investigator and she immediately recommended that the allegations be dismissed.
