Jonathan Meltz is a Shareholder at Chapman Law Group and a White-Collar Federal Criminal Defense Attorney within the firm’s White-Collar Defense and Government Investigations practice area. Mr. Meltz represents healthcare professionals and organizations facing federal investigations, government audits, and criminal exposure, with a focus on protecting clients’ licenses, livelihoods, and freedom. His background in federal criminal defense gives him a unique vantage point on the legal risks confronting pain providers operating in today’s highly scrutinized regulatory environment. At the ASPN Annual Conference, Mr. Meltz will serve as a panelist for the session “Staying on the Right Side of the Law: The 2026 Survival Guide for Pain Providers,” offering practical guidance on navigating the legal challenges facing pain medicine practices in 2026.
