Ronald W. Chapman Sr. is the Founding Shareholder, President, and CEO of Chapman Law Group, with 38 years of legal experience and more than three decades dedicated exclusively to healthcare law. Juan C. Santos LL.M. is a Shareholder and Chair of Chapman Law Group’s Corporate and Compliance division, based in the firm’s Miami office. He holds an LL.M. in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and focuses his practice on healthcare compliance, corporate transactions, and the regulatory matters that shape how healthcare practices operate. From compliance program development to audit response and business structuring, Mr. Santos works with providers across Florida and nationally to keep their practices protected and properly positioned. He will be at Booth 18 throughout the exhibit hall hours to speak with physicians about compliance and business legal needs.
Sara A. Bazzigaluppi is a Shareholder and Chairperson of the Professional Licensing and Regulatory Affairs division for Florida at Chapman Law Group, based in the firm’s Sarasota office. She represents physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, mental health providers, and regulated healthcare businesses in licensing and regulatory matters before the Florida Department of Health, AHCA, CMS, and the OIG.
