Ron W. Chapman Speaks at Corizon Health Annual Statewide Conference

Ronald W. Chapman Sr., the founder of Chapman Law Group, spoke at the Corizon Health Annual Statewide Conference, on May 16, 2019, about risk management for healthcare entities and professionals to reduce liability and increase compliance.

At the conference, healthcare professionals from across Michigan presented many important educational sessions and lectures designed to help increase the overall quality and effectiveness of healthcare compliance. The conference focused on risk management and correctional healthcare expertise.

Previously, Ron presented “Working with a Hostile-Manipulative Patient” at the Corizon Health Annual Statewide Conference. Managing risk in a correctional facility can be very challenging for healthcare providers. He led a discussion with professionals from Corizon Health and the Michigan Department of Corrections reviewing best practices for dealing with difficult patients and reducing liability.
